Well I have been pretty bad about updating this thing:) Life just seems to get busier and busier. I haven't even had time these days to check in with my favorite blogs:) Sweet Pea is getting so big!!! Every day I see more and more of her babyness fade away:( That is what we want ultimately right? For our babies to grow up and be their own people? I guess I just didn't think it would happen so fast. It's like you blink, and 2 years have gone by!!!!

And tomorrow is September 11, 2009. It really seems like just yesterday that we all sat glued to our televisions watching those planes fly into the world trade center. Driving to work that week and not a single person was blaring music in their cars, it was like time stood still. American Flags were everywhere, we were all standing united and Proud to be Americans. The National Anthem took on new meaning to us all and as the words "And our flag was still there" werer sung it brought tears to many eyes from that day forward. September 11th is a day that we will never forget. It is a day we SHOULD never forget. I would like to say thank you to all the men and women who stand up for our country every single day. Those who put themselves in danger every day, so I do not have too. They risk their lives so we all can sleep in our beds safely at night, can say our prayers with our children and can kiss them goodnight knowing that tomorrow will be another beautiful day here in America. Next time you see a soilder, just tell them thank you. That is all you have to say. I promise, they will look at you say your welcome and you will walk away knowing that you made a difference in someone's day. It feels strange at first going up to a stranger in a store our in a restaurant, but the feeling you will walk away with and the feeling they will walk away with is so worth it!!!! GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!
